Feasibility Study
During the initial stages of a development, we work with clients to understand the project requirements, the design intent and brief, the project status and site conditions. Where necessary, we provide practical advice on areas for improvement.
Our feasibility studies include a financial review, a site due diligence study, programme projections and site functionality testing.
Pre-Construction Services
From feasibility through to construction commencement, our pre-construction services include completing a buildability review (with safety in design in mind) and defining our construction methodology.
We undertake project programming including site logistic planning, we develop management plans, complete project resource planning and take procurement advice. Along with the aforementioned services, we identify the project risks and assist in the preparation of all pre-construction documentation.
Design & Build
At Method Group, we specialise in turn-key construction projects. We begin by working with clients to understand their needs before providing a solution.
We have experience completing subdivisions for medium-high density developments. We provide a single point of contact for clients and have a strong understanding of funding and marketing requirements.
Build Only
Our team have worked on construction projects across the board. For build only projects, we work with clients to ensure we understand the design obligations and provide feedback where necessary before a project commences.
Compliance documentation is collected as a project progresses to ensure an efficient compliance process. In addition, we can provide sound advice on local authority requirements for specific project needs.
